PRETORIA - A new witness is expected to take the stand when the Madlanga Commission resumes on Thursday.
Independent Directorate Against Corruption (IDAC) prosecutor Drushanta Ramsamy finished the second part of her testimony on Wednesday. She is expected to return to the stand on a date still to be determined.
During her explosive testimony, Ramasamy told the commission that former IDAC head Andrea Johnson regularly met suspended police minister Senzo Mchunu while the directorate was investigating Crime Intelligence officers.
She said Johnson had frequently referred to meetings with Mchunu while directing the investigation.
